Ch. MossyRock Revolution

Texas passed away this past fall in an unexpected accident.

Although Basenjis are our main breed, we have a lovely Welsh Springer Spaniel as well. Texas, Ch. MossyRock Revolution, is now 3 years old. We acquired him as a puppy from my mother who raises Welsh Springers in Oregon. To see her dogs click here.

 Texas hit the show ring at 6 months old. He got a 4 point major his first weekend out at the Prairie cluster in Washington. Texas finished his championship easily at 18 months old. Since then he has been shown sparingly, mostly for fun. Recently we have been working on obedience training, and he is such a fast and eager learner that he will probably get his obedience titles as quickly as his breed title. We plan on hitting the obedience ring later this year. some day we may also hunt him when I can find the time.

Texas is a wonderful, happy, fun filled individual. No matter how much our toddler tortures him, Texas is more then happy to oblige. He also has a lovely, silky, easy care coat (typical of my mom's dogs).
